Shipping Policy & Warranty

We offer free shipping on any hot tub cover anywhere in Canada, except for the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon and any areas that are considered remote. Other items and accessories are subject to flat rate shipping charges. These areas will be subject to an extended area surcharge. If you believe this might be the case for you, be sure to call before ordering to check if the charges will apply.

Items in stock (such as lifters and other standard accessories) will ship in 7 business days from the date of the order. Custom orders (covers) will take 2-4 weeks depending on seasonal volumes, such as the fall. Any orders made on the weekend or statutory holidays will be processed the following business day. Please note, some NHL covers may take longer if the fabric is not in stock at the time of your order.

Because of the package size, should no one be available at the delivery address, our shippers have been instructed to leave the package in the safest place possible at this address.

  • Will can not ship product COD.
  • We can not ship to a PO Box number.
  • You must provide a valid shipping address.
  • If a pizza delivery place will not deliver a pizza to your address, it’s unlikely a shipping company will either.

​Additional shipping charges may be incurred if a change to the shipping address is required.


Your order is for a custom built hot tub cover and is not able to be returned for any reason other than it was damaged during shipping, there is a factory defect or a mistake has been made during construction.

Should your product be damaged during shipping, you must notify and the delivery company within 48 hours.

Should the product have a defect or the factory has erred during construction, such as a mismeasurement or wrong choice in material, we must be notified immediately. Once notified you will receive a return authorization number (RA#) and a return goods form from us. You will need to provide any necessary details about the problem possible on the form and send it back to us via email at

You must retain all the original packaging in ‘like new’ condition. You will need to include the RA# on the outside of the box in large print as well as provide the original invoice inside the box.

  • No returns will be accepted without a RA#.
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
  • No returns will be accepted on any product that shows signs of use.


We provide a 5 year warranty on all hot tub covers which covers everything except for the following circumstances:

  • Breakage due to weight load and negligence.
  • General, normal wear & tear and aging.
  • Chemical damage.

It is very rare that a warranty issue should arise any later than a couple of months.

Our covers have been known to last up to 10 years with proper care and ideal circumstances. Some locations are more severe with exposure to harsh elements and tend to have much shorter lifespans. Freezing temperatures, extreme hot tub temperature, exposure to the elements such as sun, rain, snow & ice, and general neglect can reduce the lifespan of the cover to 4 years or less. The better care taken, the longer it will last keeping your tub clean and your energy bills down.

Should the product need to be shipped back for a warranty claim, shipping charges to and from the factory will be the responsibility of the customer.
